Hello All Friend.
Today, I drew the Splinterlands battle card character Chaos Orc, merging myself with the character. I used my own face to create the artwork beautifully. Even though drawing myself was a bit challenging, I gave it my best shot. I compared myself to today’s character and realized what skills are needed to be a true warrior. Becoming a warrior isn’t easy. Still, I feel really good discovering myself inside a Splinterlands card. Even though I don’t actually have a beard, I added one to match the character better.
For this week's Splinterlands Weekly Art Contest 342, I present my creative interpretation of a mystical elven enchantress, a being of immense magical prowess from the mystical realms of Splinterlands.
Concept & Inspiration:
This vibrant hand-drawn illustration captures the raw, early essence of the Coastal Sentry, an elemental guardian of the seas. With a dynamic mix of colored pencil textures and imaginative design, this version radiates character and attitude, blending natural elegance with a subtle menace.
Art Creation Process (Step-by-Step):
- Concept & Planning
The character is a powerful orc warlord who has ascended through sheer brutality and tactical genius. Enchanted armor forged in cursed flame, he commands respect and terror on the battlefield.
Light shading and layering techniques were used to create depth in her feathered attire and body.
Today, I am drawing a card inspired by the Splinterlands battle card, Chaos Orc, Common Fire Unit
Splinterlands Card name : Chaos Orc
Orc culture epitomizes the Chaos Empire's core values of might, ruthless efficiency, and discipline, and they are well matched for the militaristic and pragmatic ethos of the empire. They serve as conscripts, legionnaires, and frontline enforcers, as well as in positions of leadership—captains, sergeants, and even commanders—in the empire's legions. Their formidable strength and combat prowess make orcs befitted the task of upholding order in the provinces that comprise the empire's Kalamenty System, where they patrol trade routes and provide muscle to maintain stability.
But more and more often, growing resentment among the populations is boiling over into acts of defiance bordering on treason, and it's the latter that seems to be the focus as of late.
