Hola amigos de #hive y #actifit por aqui Samy. Hoy les comparto mi reporte sobre mis actividades el día de ayer. Fue un día algo ocupado y en que el camine bastante, principalmente me levanté temprano para hacer mis deberes y desayunar ya que debia pasar al gimnasio por que en la tarde tenia algunas diligencias pendientes.
Hello friends of #hive and #actifit, Samy here. Today I'm sharing my report on my activities yesterday. It was a busy day, and I walked a lot. I mainly got up early to do my homework and eat breakfast, since I had to go to the gym because I had some errands to run in the afternoon.
Luego de desayunar me fui al gimnasio y luego de calentar y realizar movilidad realicé mi rutina de glúteo incluyendo ejercicios como: levantamiento de cadera, sentadilla sumo, peso muerto, patada de glúteo y abducciones en máquina. Al terminar mi rutina agregue un poco de cardio en la caminadora. El ambiente en el gimnasio estaba tranquilo por la hora no había tanta gente y es que este es el horario del que disfruto (cuando fuí era la hora de medio día).
After breakfast, I headed to the gym, and after warming up and doing mobility exercises, I did my glute routine, including exercises like hip thrusts, sumo squats, deadlifts, glute kickbacks, and machine abductions. After finishing my routine, I added some cardio on the treadmill. The gym was calm because it wasn't too crowded, which is the time I enjoy (when I went, it was midday).
En este entrenamiento hice una carga progresiva aunque en el peso muerto si maneje un peso ligero, además del ambiente tranquilo supongo que la razón también fue la lluvia, mientras hacia me entrenamiento estuvo lloviendo bastante y cuando me iba me quede atrapada en el techo de un negocio mientras esperaba que la lluvia pasara ya que realmente estaba fuerte.
In this training I did a progressive load although in the deadlift I did handle a light weight, in addition to the calm environment I suppose the reason was also the rain, while I was doing my training it was raining quite a lot and when I was leaving I got stuck on the roof of a business while I waited for the rain to pass since it was really heavy.
Afortunadamente luego de un rato la lluvia cesó un poco y pude llegar a mi casa. Llegue directamente para almorzar ya que mi mamá tenia consulta en el odontólogo y teniamos que irnos en una hora, luego de comer nos fuimos y el clima estaba algo nublado. A pesar de estar sobre la hora llegamos a tiempo a la cita en el odontólogo, todo salió bien y luego caminamos otro poco.
Fortunately, after a while, the rain stopped a bit, and I was able to get home. I arrived directly in time for lunch since my mom had a dentist appointment and we had to leave in an hour. After lunch, we left, and the weather was somewhat cloudy. Despite being late, we arrived on time for the dentist appointment. Everything went well, and then we walked around a bit.
Nos fuimos hacia el siguiente centro comercial buscando buenos precios para comprar algunas cosas que mi mamá necesitaba y luego de conseguir lo nos fuimos a Orinokia, esté es el centro comercial más grande en la ciudad. Caminamos vimos algunos precios y merendamos con un pequeño roll de canela, les traje fotos de la gran fuente que hay en Orinokia pensé que les gustaria verla, finalmente el cielo empezó a amenazar con más lluvia así que emprendimos nuestro camino a casa. We headed to the next mall looking for good prices to buy some things my mom needed, and after getting them, we went to Orinokia. This is the largest mall in the city. We walked around, looked at some prices, and had a small cinnamon roll for a snack. I brought you photos of the large fountain at Orinokia. I thought you might like it. Finally, the sky began to threaten more rain, so we started our way home. Dear reader, I hope you're well. Thank you for staying to read the purpose of these photos.
