It started when my child and I went to the market in my area, and I saw a lot of people queuing just to buy these viral noodles, then I was curious to buy the Indomie, as a result I got it, I only bought one pack because my child can't eat spicy Indomie like this, after I tried it it turned out to taste good I became addicted to trying to make it, regarding the recipe I tried searching on the internet, as a result I found it
Spicy fried Indomie
The Indomi that I use here is Indomi Sedap brand, the fried version, just by adding spices such as cayenne pepper, shallots and garlic, it has become a viral noodle,
Curious about my spicy fried Indomi recipe, okay I will share the recipe for you here,
Materials used
1 pack of Indomie
3 cloves of shallots
1 clove of garlic
8 pieces of red and green cayenne pepper
1 stalk of celery leaves
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Manufacturing procedure
First
Blend the chilies, shallots and garlic until smooth or according to taste.
