When someone photographs wildlife, they must expect that the object of their interest may get frightened and run away or fly off. Usually at that crucial moment.
Fortunately, there are also such cute animals where this is not a concern. They move calmly and deliberately. They are so mentally balanced that it is practically impossible to scare them. Has anyone ever seen a startled snail?
Když někdo fotí živou přírodu, tak musí počítat s tím, že objekt jeho zájmu se může vyplašit a utéct nebo uletět. Zpravidla v tom rozhodujícím okamžiku.
Naštěstí existují i taková roztomilá zvířátka, kde toto nehrozí. Pohybují se klidně a rozvážně. Jsou tak duševně vyrovnaní, že je prakticky nemožné je vyplašit. Copak jste někdo už viděl splašeného hlemýždě?
Birds are something completely different. Even if you try not to startle them, they often fly away at the crucial moment without an apparent reason. Actually - the reason is clear: they want to annoy the photographer.
You aim the camera - the bird flies away.
You lower the camera - the bird returns to its original spot.
In such a case, photography becomes a mental duel between two intelligences - yours and the bird's. Between you and the bird, an interesting contest unfolds, with the goal of who can endure longer. And in this contest, the human is not always the clear winner. Sometimes the bird gives up first, sometimes the human. And at least sometimes, the shot is successful.
To ptáci, to je něco úplně jiného. I když se je snažíte nevyplašit, často v rozhodujícím okamžiku uletí bez zjevného důvodu. Vlastně ‒ ten důvod je jasný: chtějí naštvat fotografa.
Namíříte foťák ‒ pták uletí.
Skloníte foťák ‒ pták se vrátí na původní místo
V takovém případě se z focení stává mentální souboj dvou inteligencí ‒ té vaší a té ptačí. Mezi vámi a ptákem se odehrává zajímavý duel, přičemž jde o to, kdo z vás to dýl vydrží. A člověk nebývá v tomto souboji vždy jasným vítězem. Někdy to dřív zabalí pták, někdy člověk. A aspoň někdy se snímek podaří.
