More often than we think we are presented with challenges that can seem overwhelming. This week, I decided to step up and immerse myself in various activities, not only to keep myself busy, but also to free myself from the anxiety that sometimes accompanies me. And the truth is, I already decided long ago to waste time sitting around thinking about crab immortality instead of staying active and being useful. Over thinking is not beneficial at all and is excellent for robbing us of peace.

Esta semana, decidí dar un paso adelante y sumergirme en diversas actividades, no solo para mantenerme ocupada, sino también para liberarme de la ansiedad que a veces me acompaña. Y lo cierto es que ya decidí hace mucho perder el tiempo sentándome a pensar en la inmortalidad del cangrejo en vez de mantenerme activa y ser útil. Sobre pensar para nada es beneficioso y es excelente para robarnos la paz.
At the beginning of my whole new way of life, tiredness was present, but with each new day, I realized that every effort was worth it. The university, the work as a teacher with my beloved children and the training team have become essential parts of my life. Each activity gives me a new opportunity to learn and grow. And look, I didn't know I had missed out on learning so many things.
Al inicio, de toda mi nueva forma de vivir, el cansancio se hacía presente, pero con cada nuevo día, me di cuenta que cada esfuerzo valía la pena. La universidad, el trabajo como maestra con mis queridos niños y el equipo de formación se han convertido en partes esenciales de mi vida. Cada actividad me brinda una nueva oportunidad para aprender y crecer. Y miren que no sabía que me había perdido de aprender tantas cosas.
My children are a constant source of joy. Their laughter and curiosity remind me why I chose this profession. With their innocence they tell me everything that makes me want to laugh, although sometimes I also want to cry. In addition, the support of my colleagues in the training team has been invaluable; together we share experiences, knowledge and motivation. Here I have been able to catch up professionally, which has been very interesting.
Mis niños y niñas son una fuente constante de alegría. Sus risas y curiosidad me recuerdan por qué elegí esta profesión. Con su inocencia me cuentan cada cosa que me dan ganas de reír, aunque algunas veces también de llorar. Además, el apoyo de mis compañeros en el equipo de formación ha sido invaluable; juntos compartimos experiencias, conocimientos y motivación. Aquí me he logrado poner al día profesionalmente lo que ha sido muy interesante.
I am happy to see how each of these pieces fit into my life, creating a puzzle full of color and energy. Sometimes the key to overcoming anxiety can be in surrounding yourself with what you love and keeping your mind active. So here I am, enjoying the journey and grateful for every moment. I'm not going to lie to you by saying that everything is perfect and nothing causes me sadness anymore, memories sometimes play a trick on me, but at least I can see things differently and lead a better life.
Me siento feliz al ver cómo cada una de estas piezas encaja en mi vida, creando un rompecabezas lleno de color y energía. A veces, la clave para superar la ansiedad puede estar en rodearte de lo que amas y mantener tu mente activa. Así que aquí estoy, disfrutando del viaje y agradecida por cada momento.
