Hello my dear hivers!
My blog this time is about our sudden outing with relatives.
It was early in the morning when my mom told us about swimming in the sea, whereas normally any swimming in the sea with relatives would be planned ahead. Just the day before, my mom had mentioned swimming on Sunday, but I had told her I had other things to do.
Surprisingly, our swimming date was moved to Saturday.
As soon as mom told us that we would go swimming on Saturday, I immediately looked for what to wear.
This time, our dad couldn’t take us to the sea because he was busy, and my mom also had an important errand. That’s why dad decided that we would just ride a motorcycle and drive ourselves, with my brother driving. While some members of our group chose to share a car, others opted to take a motorcycles.
We had breakfast at home before departing so that upon our arrival, we could head straight out for swimming.
I was undecided for a while regarding the swimming. The last time I really swam in the sea was last year, and some reasons why I don’t usually swim are, first, I easily get sunburned, and second, it bothers me especially since there is no restroom available. But this time, my dad asked if we would swim, and I just replied maybe, that we would bring clothes to change.
So then, my brother approached my uncle asking where we would swim, hoping that maybe he knew the way. And when my uncle said we would go to Moalboal, luckily my younger sibling knew the way, so we wouldn’t get lost if we just followed him.
At exactly 7am, my uncle who used a car left already, so we were still eating, and after eating, we went to my grandmother’s house to see if some of our other uncles were still there, and yes, they were.
We had a little chitchat, catching up on life.
After the chitchat, we left. There were seven of us, and we took three motorcycles. Basically, the motorcycle driven by my younger sibling had me and my sister, another uncle of us namely Jethro rode another motorcycle with his brother Richard and near Tabogon, uncle Jethro stopped because uncle Richard duty was nearby. That’s where my sister got off from one motorcycle.
On our way there, the view was really beautiful, even the many trees were lovely to look at. I’ve always been a fan of this, and nature never fails to impress me, it heals part of me just by seeing the beauty and feeling the fresh air from it.
While going to the sea, the ride was really hot, but it was okay because the towel we brought was also what I used as a cover.
Well, the photos came out well, especially during this kind of weather, just look at this.
Here are a few of the pictures I took.
Approaching Kal-anan, Tabogon, I was noof a fiesta banner.
After about 25 minutes, we could finally see the sea from the road, and I got excited. I even thought, “What if I swim later at the sea?”
Before we arrived, we also passed by beautiful trees because the road going to the sea is mountainous, so there are a lot of trees which make the view really nice.
I’ll stop my blog here for now, my dear hivers! Thank you for reading!
