Birthday parties are best spent at the beach and especially if there is a swimming pool also. Just recently, we were invited to join my cousin's 2nd Birthday party in Villa Estrella Resort- Bagasawe, Tuburan, Cebu, Philippines.
The invitation was for lunch. When we arrived, we parked our car at the parking area and we saw this green truck owned by my aunt which means they have already arrived prior to us.
VILLA ESTRELLA is a resort that offers swimming pool, beach and rooms and cottages for rent located in Brgy. Bagasawe, Tuburan, Midwest of Cebu Province, Philippines.
Villa Estrella also has a tennis court, so if you are a fan of playing tennis and you are in the midwest area of Cebu province, you might consider dropping by here.
We have been countless times since this resort is near the house where we are renting, we also spent our World Teacher's Day celebration with my colleaugues here.
That boy right there is our cousin, Lou Reinzo. His parents prepared his baby-shark themed party for him and a party in the Philippines is never a party without lechon or that whole roasted pig. It is always a star in every Filipino occasion.

There is a swimming pool and a beach but during this time, my son was not feeling well so he was not interested in going for a swim. He just sat and looked around.
We then ate and after that, we had ice cream for dessert. They had one gallon of ice cream for everyone.
After we ate, the boys played basketball just on the resort ground. It was so much fun.
The aunts and the uncles also had their own version of fun by drinking beer.
One thing I love about occasions like birthdays is the chance we get to reunite with family members. Nothing compares to bonding with family members and enjoying the moment.
I also took the moment to take some photos with our aunt and my other cousins. We rarely bond because of our hectic schedules and it is a good thing we finally had the chance to spend time together.
My son then asked me to company him as we walked around and took photos at the pool area.
My son was firm that he won't go for a swim since he is not feeling well, so we just walked around and took photos. We had fun also.
After staying for a couple of hours at Villa Estrella, we then had to head home since I had some errands to do for work.
