Today i would like to share the recipe of Noodles Pulao, it is Flavoured rice recipe made with long-grain rice, a choice of vegetables, and Indian Spices, But I used some of my brain in this and added noodles also. I was making this for the first time. Unless we do some new experiments, how will we know whether it can be made this good? It is noodles pulao, in this you can enjoy noodles along with rice, it is one pot recipe, easy and quick to cook. You guys too must try it.

Ingredients ๐
โข 1 cup of Rice.
โข 100 Grams of Noodles.
โข 1 Onion, Diced.
โข 1 Capsicum, Diced.
โข 5-6 cloves of Garlic.
โข 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds.
โข Pinch of Asafoetida.
โข 1 tbsp Hakka Fried Rice Masala.
โข Water as required.
โข Salt to Taste.
Process๐
Begin by rinsing rice in water twice or thrice, until it runs clear of starch. Next, soak the rice in enough water for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep it Aside.
Meanwhile Diced your Onion & Capsicum, Chopped garlic.
Take a Pressure Cooker, Heat the Oil, add Cumin seeds and Asafoetida, wait untill it starts crackling. Now add the chopped Garlic, wait untill it get aromatic.
Now the onion & Capsicum. Saute it on low Flame, untill it get translucent.
Add the Hakka Fried Rice masala and Salt on low flame. Mix it well.
Add the water, Mix and saute again for 2 to 3 minutes on a flow flame.
now Add the Raw noodles.
now add the Soaked Rice, stir well, so thats masala get Well coated with rice & Noodles.
Pour the water to cover the level of rice & Noodles.Cover the lid, on medium flame, wait for 2 Whistle. Off the Flame , wait for 5 more minutes, so thats rice cooked in the stream.
Your Noodles Pulao is ready to serve, paired it with Green Chutney, papad, Raita or pickle to more Flavour and Taste.
