There is a planet far away from us, whose inhabitants have been watching us since the beginning of time. Times when humans did not destroy ourselves with senseless fights between countries, there were no political boundaries, and we were all simply human, there was no distinction of race, colour, ideology, and everyone respected each other. The inhabitants of that pink planet watched us with joy.
But things changed and they stopped watching. They did not understand how we had set aside the most powerful force in the universe, the one that moves mountains, the one that transforms everything. The colour pink no longer existed among humans, therefore there was no love, no universal love, and everything was chaos. They did not understand how we had lost sight of what really matters, the heart, the inner self and the very essence.
The inhabitants of this pink planet were cyclopses, with a very large eye in the middle of their heads, which meant that they had a vision beyond the tangible. They saw hearts and human beings as energy and not in the human form that we have. Their bright pink colour denoted love, love for everything, so evil was not possible.
They looked with concern at Earth, at how we humans behaved, and some of them decided to come, but camouflaged in bodies like ours. They are among us, trying to distribute that powerful force, opening people's eyes and showing them the way. They realised that not everyone is ready and decided to stay on Earth permanently, waiting for our souls to mature and protecting us.
Greetings to the entire Alien Art Hive community. Today I came across a spectacular post by @justclickindiva and that's how I found out about the art contest proposed by @ezuntimmy to encourage interaction between artists and inspire each other. In the course of life, I hadn't realised it until today, but I am always delighted to participate in this wonderful community with my grain of sand, and that is why today I bring you this design inspired by the writing I did above.
Design process
To create this design, I used copyright-free images, the sources of which I have listed at the end of the post, as well as images created with Wombo to generate the creature and other related images. I developed the entire composition with Photoshop CS6.
To create the background, I first located the image of the pink moon, which I had to enlarge so that it would be the right size for the animated video. To do this, I copied and pasted several parts, extending it. Then I placed the image of the mountains on top of it in two layers with focal light and darker colour blends. To finish the background, I used two other images, one of a tree, which I placed in two layers with different positions and scales with a focal light blend, and an image of lights, which I also arranged in two layers with lighten and soft light blends.
Then I used one of the images I generated with Wombo, which consists of mountains or buildings from another planet in pink, and placed it in the design in three layers with different positions and scales and with an overlay blend. Next, I worked on the image of a flower with an eye, which I also generated in Wombo. I selected the flower with some of the roots and placed it in the design in three layers, also with different scales and positions.
Finally, I worked on the creature, a pink one-eyed alien, which was very difficult to achieve in Wombo, as most of the images it generated were not what I had imagined in my mind. But I finally achieved what I wanted. I placed it in three layers, after erasing the background and using the focal light, darker colour and lighten blending modes.
The animation is done completely in After Effects, working on the opacity of each layer and adding lights in the form of clouds for better contrast.

Hay un planeta muy lejos de nosotros, cuyos habitantes nos observan desde el comienzo de los tiempos. Tiempos en que aún los seres humanos no nos destruíamos a nosotros mismos con peleas sin sentido entre países, no había límites políticos y todos éramos simplemente humanos, no había esa distinción de raza, color, ideología y todos se respetaban. Esos habitantes de ese planeta rosa nos veían con alegría.
Pero las cosas fueron cambiando y ellos no seguían observando. No entendían como habíamos dejado de lado la fuerza más poderosa del universo, esa que mueve montañas, esa que todo lo transforma. Ya no habitaba entre los humanos el color rosa, por lo tanto, no había amor, amor universal y todo era un caos. No entendían como habíamos perdido la visión de lo que realmente importa, el corazón, el interior y la esencia misma.
Estos habitantes de este planeta rosa, eran cíclopes, con un ojo muy grande en medio de sus cabezas, lo que significaba que tenían una visión más allá de lo tangible, veían los corazones y a los seres humanos como energía y no fon la forma humana que tenemos. Su color rosa brillante denotaba amor, amor a todo, por lo que la maldad no era posible.
Miraban con preocupación la tierra, por como los seres humanos nos comportábamos y decidieron venir algunos de ellos, pero camuflajeados en un cuerpo como el nuestro. Están entre nosotros, tratando de distribuir esa fuera poderosa, abriendo los ojos a la gente e indicando el camino. Se dieron cuenta que no todo el mundo está preparado y decidieron quedarse definitivamente en la tierra esperando la maduración de nuestras almas y protegiéndonos.
Saludos a toda la comunidad de Alien Art Hive. Hoy me encontré con un post espectacular de @justclickindiva y de esa manera me anoticié del concurso de arte propuesto por @ezuntimmy, para fomentar la interacción entre los artistas e inspirarnos entre nosotros. En el devenir de la vida no me hab ía dado cuenta hasta hoy del mismo, pero siempre estoy encantada de participar en esta maravillosa comunidad con mi granito de arena y por eso hoy les traigo este diseño inspirado en el escrito que realicé más arriba.
Proceso del diseño
Para realizar este diseño utilicé imágenes sin derechos de autor de las cuales dejo las fuentes al final del post y también imágenes creadas con Wombo, para poder generar la criatura y otras imágenes que tuvieran relación con la misma. Toda la composicón la desarrollé con Photoshop CS6.
Para realizar el fondo primero ubiqué la imagen de la luna rosa a la que tuve que agrandar el fondo para que tenga el tamaño adecuado para el video animación, para ello copié y pegué varias partes, extendiéndola. Luego sobre ella coloqué la imagen de las montañas en dos capas con fusiones de luz focal y color más oscuro. Para terminar el fondo usé otras dos imágenes, una de un árbol, la cual coloqué en dos capas con posiciones y escalas diferentes con fusión de luz focal y una imagen de luces la cual también dispuse en dos capas con fusiones de aclarar y luz suave.
Luego usé una de las imágenes que generé con Wombo que consiste en unas montañas o construcciones de otro planeta en color rosado y la coloqué en el diseño en tres capas con posiciones y escalas diferentes y con la fusión de superponer. Posteriormente trabajé la imagen de una flor con un ojo, que también generé en Wombo, seleccioné la flor con algo de las raíces y la puse en el diseño en tres capas, también con escalas y posiciones diferentes.
Finalmente trabajé la criatura, un alien de un solo ojo de color rosa, el cual me costó mucho conseguir en Wombo, ya que la mayoría de las imágenes que me generaba no era lo que había imaginado en mi mente. Pero finalmente logré lo que deseaba. Lo coloqué en tres capas, borrando previamente el fondo y con las fusiones de luz focal, color más oscuro y aclarar.
La animación está realizada completamente en After Effects, trabajando la opacidad de cada capa y agregando luces en forma de nubes para un mejor contraste.
