Siempre me ha gustado la luna y tambien me encanta reflejarla en mis dibujos, hoy quise realizar un retrato con una idea que me pareció interesante, aunque no salió como esperaba, este dibujo originalmente estaba pensado en ser la mitad del rostro en forma de luna y que toda la piel e incluso el cabello que cubre la luna fuera literalmente una luna, me refiero a la textura real que tiene y el color, pero realmente lo intente y no me gusto como se veía, por eso realice un cambio dejando esa zona de la piel en blanco y negro y la parte que cubre el cabello en un color negro profundo, tambien realice algunos detalles adicionales para hacer de este dibujo algo mágico y bonito, a pesar de que hice este dibujo de un humor pésimo porque estaba bastante triste y la he pasado muy mal estos días siento que quedo muy tierno y me encanto el resultado, espero que les guste.
I have always loved the moon and I also love to reflect it in my drawings. Today I wanted to create a portrait with an idea that I found interesting, although it didn't turn out as I expected this drawing was originally intended to be half of the face in the shape of a moon, with all the skin and even the hair covering the moon literally being a moon—I mean the actual texture and color of it. But I really tried it and didn't like how it looked, So I made a change, leaving that area of skin in black and white and the part covered by hair in a deep black color. I also added some additional details to make this drawing magical and beautiful. Even though I drew this in a terrible mood because I was quite sad and have had a very hard time these days, I feel that it turned out very cute, and I love the result. I hope you like it.
Proceso/Process
Realice mi boceto y empecé a colorear el fondo con un tono morado grisáceo, luego empecé a añadir color a la piel utilizando colores rosas, azules y marrones desaturados, en una nueva capa añadí mas colores para darle mejor forma a todo y en la parte izquierda del rostro pinte con escala de grises, solo en la parte donde cubre la silueta de la luna, pinte el cabello al principio con un color marrón desaturado pero más adelante decidí cambiar el tono, luego mezcle los colores de toda la piel dejando una textura suave.
I made my sketch and started coloring the background with a grayish purple tone, then I started adding color to the skin using desaturated pinks, blues, and browns. In a new layer, I added more colors to give everything a better shape, and on the left side of the face, I painted with grayscale, only on the part where it covers the silhouette of the moon. I painted the hair at first with a desaturated brown color, but later decided to change the tone. Then I blended the colors of the entire skin, leaving a soft texture.
Como les mencioné decidí cambiar el color del cabello y opte por un tonos gris al que mas adelante cambie a un azul grisáceo, realmente estuve haciendo muchos cambios en el cabello hasta que estuviese satisfecha, agregue algunas iluminaciones con un azul muy claro y luego comencé a detallar el lado izquierdo donde cubre la luna, intente hacer esa parte en forma de luna literalmente, pero salió mal, asi que cambie todo d3ejando únicamente la silueta y convirtiendo todo lo que esta dentro de ella en una escala de grises, para el fondo elegí un color azul oscuro e ilumine con azules un poco mas claros, tambien dibuje pequeñas estrellas alrededor. Detalle un poco mas el rostro agregando sombras y profundidad en los ojos, labios y nariz, después cree una nueva capa donde comenzaría a aplicar muchas luces para iluminar los ojos, labios, nariz y parte del hombro, además dibuje algunos accesorios ya que me parecía que le darían un toque mas elegante a todo el dibujo, finalice realizando un leve ajuste de color.
As I mentioned, I decided to change the hair color and opted for a gray tone, which I later changed to a grayish blue. I really made a lot of changes to the hair until I was satisfied. I added some highlights with a very light blue and then began to detail the left side where it covers the moon. I tried to make that part literally moon-shaped, but it didn't work out, so I changed everything, leaving only the silhouette and converting everything inside it to grayscale. For the background, I chose a dark blue color and highlighted it with slightly lighter blues. I also drew small stars around it. I added a little more detail to the face by adding shadows and depth to the eyes, lips, and nose. Then I created a new layer where I began to apply a lot of light to illuminate the eyes, lips, nose, and part of the shoulder. I also drew some accessories, as I thought they would give the whole drawing a more elegant touch. I finished by making a slight color adjustment.
